Variable is an internal IBM ‘culture’ magazine set out to promote & sustain design culture at IBM through the Design Program Office. We Spread design stories across the IBM studios network, and built a creative outlet to enable creatives to grow and learn new skills. Variable embodies the uniqueness of our individual designers, the work they do, and the topics they care about. 

I am a Co-lead and creative director for Variable. Im also part of the leadership team that built and maintain the Variable brand. I pitched the brand story early on that — each Variable magazine encompasses a component of our larger cultural identity. 

Every month a new issue is released to our Design Studios across the globe. I contribute to the design of the magazine by making unique illustrations, laying out typography and editorials, and act as a leader in critique sessions as we ideate, iterate, and improve upon each piece over the development of each issue.
