I am a designer that has a passion for using research, strategy, and human behavior to create bold and meaningful outcomes. I have a love for advocating for the people I design for, and asking hard questions to find deeper meaning and redefine problems. I’ve had the privilege to work on some great projects that have afforded me to grow, learn, and fail at applying these principles in my work. I keep invigorated outside of my assigned work by mentoring my fellow designers, making things to influence and grow culture and community, and externalizing that culture and the work we do at IBM to the world. It's my goal in all the work I do to learn and grow as a designer and a human, taking every experience as a lesson.
